Privacy
Calm Little Nights is a small UK business. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect. If you buy a guide or ask for the free sleep schedule, you give your name and email to Gumroad, our checkout and delivery partner. Gumroad handles payment and shares your name, email and order with us so we can deliver your guide and help you. We never see your card details. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
Why we use it. To deliver what you bought or asked for, to answer your emails, and, if you got the free schedule or opted in, to send you occasional emails about toddler sleep and our guides. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it. Order records for 6 years for UK tax rules. Email list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@calmlittlenights.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Terms
Our guides are digital downloads for your own family's use. Please don't share, resell or post them online.
The Toddler Sleep Reset is general information for parents. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace your GP, health visitor or paediatrician. Always follow current safer-sleep guidance. Every child is different and results vary.
Sales are processed by Gumroad, which is the seller of record and handles payment, tax and receipts.
Refunds
If the guide isn't right for your family, email hello@calmlittlenights.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no fuss.
When you buy, you agree to get the download straight away. Under UK law this means the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content doesn't apply, but our own 14-day refund promise still does.
