Does this sound like your nights?

You're not doing it wrong. You're just doing it alone.

I'm the only one who can get them to sleep, and I feel trapped.

Down at 7, then up at midnight, at 2 and again at 4.

I'm back at work and I can't keep running on four broken hours.

Everyone says "let them cry" or "it's a phase". There's a gentler middle way, and it's backed by research.

The Toddler Sleep Reset

Fourteen nights, one small step at a time

How a toddler falls asleep at 7pm shapes how often they wake at 2am. The plan gently changes bedtime, with you beside them, so they can link their sleep and call for you less.

Why this exists
I'm a mum who moved across the world to London. When my son was born it was just the two of us parents, no grandparents round the corner. At 18 months he still struggled to sleep, and I work full time. Everything I read said "leave him to cry" or "just wait". I couldn't do either, so I researched it properly. This is the plan I wish someone had handed me.

Questions

What parents ask first

Will I have to leave them to cry?

No. You stay in the room at every step. Some protest crying is normal when habits change, and you're right there with them.

We bed-share or room-share. Does it still work?

Yes. You choose where your child sleeps, and the guide follows safer-sleep advice.

I'm still breastfeeding at night.

There's a gentle night-feed taper for breast and bottle. You decide the pace.
